CarrierKhelo (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness for all users. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, wallet usage, and withdrawals work on our skill-based gaming platform.

By using CarrierKhelo, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Tournament Entry Fees

  • Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
  • Entry fees are also non-refundable if a user fails to join, disconnects, or does not participate in the match.
  • Users are advised to review tournament details carefully before joining.

2. Tournament Cancellation or Technical Failure

Refunds or wallet credits may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Tournament is cancelled by CarrierKhelo
  • Match does not start due to server-side technical issues
  • Match data is lost due to a verified technical error

In such cases:

  • The entry fee will be refunded to the CarrierKhelo wallet only
  • No cash or bank refunds will be provided

3. Wallet Deposits

  • Wallet deposits are intended for use on the CarrierKhelo platform only.
  • Unused wallet balance may be eligible for withdrawal as per platform rules.
  • Wallet balance that has been used to join tournaments is non-refundable.

CarrierKhelo does not provide refunds for wallet balance once it has been utilized.


4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests are processed after account and gameplay verification.
  • Users must provide correct UPI or bank details.
  • CarrierKhelo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information submitted by the user.

5. No Refund Will Be Provided In the Following Cases

No refund or wallet credit will be issued if:

  • User joins the wrong tournament
  • Incorrect BGMI / PUBG ID is provided
  • User is disqualified due to rule violations or unfair practices
  • User disconnects, does not play, or leaves the match
  • Account is suspended or banned for misuse, cheating, or fraud

6. Refund Review Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed based on platform logs and match data.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed according to this policy.
  • Abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension.
