Welcome to CarrierKhelo (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website, services, tournaments, or wallet system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Business

CarrierKhelo is a skill-based online gaming platform that allows users to participate in BGMI / PUBG custom room tournaments.
All games require skill, strategy, and decision-making.

CarrierKhelo does not support gambling or betting in any form and is not affiliated with Krafton, PUBG Corporation, or BGMI.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Only one account per user is permitted.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Sharing or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination.

CarrierKhelo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users involved in:

  • Cheating or hacking
  • Exploiting system bugs
  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior

4. Tournaments & Gameplay

  • Players must join tournaments using the correct BGMI / PUBG ID.
  • Room credentials are shared only after successful entry confirmation.
  • Failure to join a match on time will not be compensated.

CarrierKhelo is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Internet or server issues
  • Device or game crashes
  • Third-party service failures

5. Wallet, Payments & Withdrawals

  • Users may add funds to their CarrierKhelo wallet to join tournaments.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and usable only on the platform.
  • Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways such as PhonePe.

Withdrawals are processed according to verification and platform policies.

6. Refund Policy

  • Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
  • If a tournament is cancelled by CarrierKhelo, the entry fee will be refunded to the user’s wallet.
  • No refunds are provided for disqualification, rule violations, or no-shows.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use hacks, mods, or unauthorized tools
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Abuse admins or other players
  • Attempt payment or wallet fraud

Violation may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Wallet freeze
  • Forfeiture of winnings

All admin decisions are final and binding.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarrierKhelo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from platform usage, technical failures, or third-party services.

Users participate at their own risk.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

User data is handled securely and used only for service functionality.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

CarrierKhelo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
